Zein Pharma food supplement Ashwagandha root extract 500 mg is made from patented and clinically proven high-quality raw material KSM-66®. Ashwagandha is also called sleeping withania or Indian ginseng. Sleeping withania helps maintain normal mental activity , normal emotional stability, normal sleep, and helps to relax.

The KSM-66® extraction process involves pre-treating the roots with cow’s milk, as in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. The pre-treatment with milk is important because it preserves both the hydrophilic and lipophilic components of the raw Ashwagandha root, which in turn results in a high-potency (5% withanolides) full-spectrum extract. No alcohol or other chemical solvents are used during the extraction process.

Free from soy, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors. The raw material is grown in India. The product is regularly tested in German and independent laboratories.

Net content 71.5 g (120 capsules of 595.83 mg).

It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day with sufficient water. Do not chew.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The dietary supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of reach of children.
