It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day or as recommended by a doctor. 60 capsules are enough for a 60-day course.

B2; 114% RDA), niacin 18.0 mg (niacinamide; 113% RDA), vitamin B6 2.0 mg (as P5P; 142% RDA), folic acid 200.0 μg (100% RDA), vitamin B12 1.0 mg (40% RDA), biotin 50.0 μg (100% RDA), pantothenic acid 6.0 mg (100% RDA), magnesium 30.0 mg (8% RDA), inositol 25.0 mg, choline 25.0 mg, para-aminobenzoic acid 25.0 mg.
