The fermentation process takes place in rooms where the temperature and relative humidity change. Weak bacteria die, while the offspring of the strong ones learn to adapt to temperature differences and remain viable, so Dr. OHHIRA dietary supplements do not need to be stored in the refrigerator.

Probiotics are needed when needed, that is, when the body physically decreases or lacks viable bacteria. We lose viable bacterial colonies – both quantitatively and qualitatively – when we take drugs that “kill” bacteria (e.g. antibiotics) or along with body fluids (when we vomit or have diarrhea).

Usage: Adults and children (from 3 years of age, due to the risk of choking) are recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day with water, preferably in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of the reach of children.
