The recommended daily dose is 4 measuring spoons, mixed with yogurt, cereal or non-hot drinks. For children under 6 years of age, one measuring spoon per day, for children over 6 years of age, two measuring spoons daily. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Store at 4–8 °C out of the reach of children. Do not use the food supplement after the expiry date stated on the packaging. The food supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
