A bioactive substance (e.g. bisglycinate or folate) can immediately participate in biochemical reactions in cells, which is of great importance for the body. Meanwhile, bioactive vitamins are already in coenzyme form, and therefore can be used immediately in cells, without additional chemical transformations.
