One capsule contains 5 billion Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii.
Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii is an active, yeast-like microorganism.
Popularly, this type of yeast is also called "probiotics" or "good bacteria", but Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii is not a bacterium, since its basis is not bacteria, but yeast.

Usage: 1 capsule per day 20-30 min. before meals, with water. Important! During the period of use of the product, it is recommended to reduce or completely stop the consumption of sugar and products with yeast.
