Darm activ Dr. Wolz can be mixed into cold drinks (e.g. a glass of still cold water) or into soft, non-hot food. The use of Darm activ Dr. Wolz should be increased gradually. Start with one measuring spoon (≈ 7 g) and increase the daily amount individually, e.g. by adding an additional spoon every week. The recommended daily dose is 3 level measuring spoons (approx. 21 g), which should be poured into 200 ml of the chosen liquid or 200 g of soft food and mixed well to dissolve the powder. If you increase the amount too quickly, gas may begin to accumulate in the intestine, as the intestinal flora will not yet have adapted to Darm activ Dr. Wolz. Store at a temperature of 4–20 °C in a dry place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. After opening the package, the contents of the package must be used within 3 months. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
