Recommended daily dose: for children from 2 to 7 years old - 1 sachet (2 g) per day, for children from 7 years old and adults - 2 sachets (4 g) per day, mixed into a drink or yogurt. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Store at a temperature of 4-25 °C out of the reach of children. Do not use the food supplement after the expiration date indicated on the package.
