The ECOSH food supplement contains rhodiola rosea root extract, red passionflower herb extract and the amino acids L-tryptophan, L-tyrosine, L-taurine and L-theanine.

Usage: 1-4 capsules per day, with a glass of water, 4 capsules divided per day. Adolescents from 12 years of age can take the lowest dose (1 capsule per day), from 14 to 18 years of age - 1-2 capsules per day. Do not use during treatment with antidepressants.
