ECOSH food supplement contains black mushrooms (also known as black mushrooms or champignons) and black garlic.

Black mushrooms usually grow on old birch trunks, in damaged areas (broken branches, sunburned areas, cracks).

Black garlic is the same familiar edible garlic after fermentation and long maturation. Natural maturation takes place at controlled temperature and humidity for about one month, until the garlic turns black.
