Zein Pharma dietary supplement – essential amino acid L-tryptophan in a vegetarian capsule. Used to supplement nutrition in case of sleep disorders.

Free from gluten, lactose, artificial colors, flavors, soy, GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

1-2 capsules per day, 30 minutes before bedtime, swallowed whole with water (at least 200 ml).

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The dietary supplement should not be used as a meal replacement. Keep out of reach of children. Use under the supervision of a physician. Do not take L-tryptophan with substances such as 5-HTP or medications that increase serotonin levels in the body.
