If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and wish to return or exchange them, or if the wrong or incomplete goods have been delivered, please contact us via email at info@boost4you.eu.
In the BOOST4YOU online store, products can be exchanged or returned after agreeing on the time and place for the goods collection. Our courier will pick up the items you wish to return or exchange. You will cover all costs related to the return or exchange of goods. According to the provisions of the Lithuanian Civil Code, the following high-quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned:

Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;

Packaged goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Non-perishable goods or high-quality goods, which are unsatisfactory in terms of shape, size, color, model, or completeness, can be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Lithuanian Civil Code and other applicable Lithuanian laws.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of perishable goods, such as food and beverages with a short shelf life, including those that need to be stored in a refrigerator according to the manufacturer's temperature requirements, you must contact us no later than 48 hours from the delivery of the goods. When making a claim about poor product quality, you must provide a photo of the defective product.
If you contact us later than the specified term and/or fail to provide a photo of the product, we are not obligated to resolve the complaint in the buyer's favor. Returned or exchanged goods must be undamaged, with their commercial appearance intact (e.g., labels not removed or damaged, protective films intact, etc.), and must not be used. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the same accessories as it was received by the buyer, and you must provide the purchase document and other product accessories. If the product is incomplete, damaged, untidy, or improperly packaged, we have the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it, and not to refund the money paid for the product.
According to Article 6.3591 of the Civil Code, regarding the transfer of the risk of loss or damage to goods to the consumer, in cases where the seller sends the goods to the buyer, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the buyer or their designated person (excluding the carrier) receives the goods. If the goods are handed over to a carrier chosen by the buyer, and the seller did not offer this delivery option, the risk specified in this article passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier. The money for returned, undelivered, or defective goods will be transferred to your bank account from which the payment for the purchase was made, no later than 5 business days from the submission of the complaint.
