A bioactive substance (e.g. bisglycinate or folate) can immediately participate in biochemical reactions in cells, which is of great importance for the body. In contrast, inactive vitamins must first be converted into their active – coenzyme – form in order to be used. Such conversion requires additional enzymatic reactions. Meanwhile, bioactive vitamins are already in coenzyme form and can therefore be used immediately in cells without additional chemical transformations.

Usage: 1 capsule per day, 0.5-1 hour after breakfast, with a glass of water or juice.
